The terminology used in these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as any or all Agreements, is as follows: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing BundlePe website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. Our Company is referred to as "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us." "Party," "Parties," or "Us" refers to both the Client and ourselves, or just the Client.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to begin the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of BundlePe stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Indian Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the plural, capitalisation, singular, and/or he/she or they is interpreted as interchangeable and thus refers to the same.

Clients have the right to ask to see any and all client records that BundlePe maintains, as long as they give us reasonable notice of their request. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. By visiting BundlePe website [and using our services/purchasing our products], you agree to these terms and conditions as well as the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts in any disputes resulting from such access. If any of these terms are declared invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to, the exclusions and limitations listed above), the invalid or unenforceable element will be severed from these terms, and the remaining conditions will remain in effect.

BundlePe’s failure to enforce any of the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions or any Agreement, or its failure to exercise any termination option, shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such terms and shall not impair the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or BundlePe's right to subsequently enforce each and every provision. Except when made in writing and signed by duly authorised Company officials, these Terms and Conditions may not be altered, changed, or augmented.

Payment Procedures

Payments for Gift Vouchers (GV) must be made in advance when purchasing Gift Vouchers from bundlepe.com .

Before the "GV" is transferred to the recipient, the whole value must be credited.

In the case of Group Gifting, where more than one person pays for the Gift, the payment is credited to your account and parked as BundlePe coins, and the "GV" is issued only when the total value of the various contributors equals or surpasses the "GV" amount. Setting up a gift is not the same as purchasing a "GV"; purchasing is considered only if payment is received.

Policy on Cancellation

Cancellation may occur due to the following reasons:

The requested item "GV" may no longer be available / is out of stock.

The person who created the gift chose to cancel it.

The primary brand who’s "GV" BundlePe are selling has decided not to give the "GV."

The whole payment for the "GV" cost is not received.

Any other technical explanation

If the order is cancelled for any reason, the funds received will be converted to BundlePe Pay points, where 1 BundlePe Pay point equals INR 1.

Policy on Refunds

If you do not wish to get BundlePe points at the sole discretion of BundlePe, you can always fill out the form for a refund.

Refund policy in terms of which the option of, replacement and/ or refund is completely decided by BundlePe. It's possible that not all of the GVs listed under a certain category have the same refund policy. Our 10 working day TAT for refunds. Unfortunately, BundlePe won't be able to process or provide any refund if 10 working days have passed since your refund request.
